I want to be the first to welcome you to BaileyAnne Seafood and Fish. Many have asked where our name originates. Bailey and Anne are the middle names of our two youngest children.

 I’m Executive Chef & Owner Derrick Johnson of BaileyAnne located in the historic town of Centerville Texas. Centrally located between Houston and Dallas. 

Between Faith, family and career… How does one sum up years of past experiences with various cuisines, mentors that helped to pave the way, Books that inspired your life and the failures that ultimately made you stronger?… You bring it all back home to create what God intended.

As passionate as I am about the simplicity in food and presentation. I’m just as passionate about family and making memories. BaileyAnne has you covered.

As a young Culinarian at Le Cordon Bleu, most of my efforts devoted to food was not actually cooking… It was reading and applying what I could grasp out of my studies into skill sets I could sharpen and maintain for my future. While staying true to my French base in preparation and methods… My curiosity led me on a quest to find the Trinity and flavors from other cultures. From rolling sushi to flambéing crème brulee the experiences would help to mold me into the Chef I am today.  

Gulf Coast Comfort… I call it. Wood-fired cooking that's eclectic in flavor and appeal. Locally caughtTexas lake fish along with some of the best seafood the Gulf has to offer.  My Vision for BaileyAnne is to provide an atmosphere and dining experience that the entire family will feel welcomed. Wood-fired cooking dates back centuries and has long been a becan for people to gather and enjoy some of lifes simplest pleasures of food and community. I plan to encompass  that with BaileyAnne.
